- 01Are courses video or PDF?
- Alpha Academy ships PDF-first workbooks designed for deliberate study. You get every PDF by email after purchase — no reader or app required, just open them on any device.
- 02Do I need an account to buy?
- No. Every purchase is guest checkout — pay with your email, no account or password needed. Your course materials are emailed to that address once payment completes.
- 03Can I see what's inside before buying?
- Yes — each course page lists the full curriculum, outcomes, and FAQ so you know exactly what you're getting before checkout.
- 04Do I get a certificate?
- Selected courses include a completion certificate — details are included with your course materials.
- 05How does pricing work?
- Each program is priced individually according to its depth and module count. No subscriptions — pay once for lifetime access to that program.
- 06Can I buy multiple courses?
- Yes. Add multiple courses to a single checkout and pay once — every course's PDFs are included in your delivery email.
- 07How do I access materials after purchase?
- Check your inbox. We email your PDF course materials to the address you paid with, right after checkout completes.
- 08How should I use the courses?
- Work through the PDFs at your own pace and use the checklists as study aids for your own learning.
- 09What if checkout succeeds but I don't receive my materials?
- Check spam first. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, contact us with your payment receipt and order details and we'll resend your materials, normally the same working day.
