What we sell
We sell digital education: downloadable PDF programmes in personal finance, business skills, leverage, digital assets, and markets. There is no account or portal — your course materials are emailed to you after payment.
Checkout
There is no account to create. Every purchase is guest checkout: you provide the email your materials should be delivered to, and confirm you understand that access to digital content begins immediately (see “Consumer rights” below).
Consumer rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase. Because digital content is delivered by email immediately on payment, you are asked to expressly consent at checkout to that immediate delivery and to acknowledge that doing so ends your right to cancel once your materials are sent.
Payments
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and charged via Stripe. The card statement descriptor will identify Alpha Academy. A confirmed payment is a contract for the named programme(s) only.
Licence and prohibited sharing
Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the PDFs for your own study. You may not resell, share, copy for others, or republish the materials.
Course content
Programmes are study materials for personal learning. They describe ideas and methods; you apply them in your own context.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
