Refund policy

14-day cancellation (UK consumers)

If you buy as a consumer in the UK, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days to cancel a distance contract. For digital content, that right is lost once we start supplying the PDFs if you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you will lose the right to cancel.

At Stripe checkout we ask you to confirm that you want immediate access to the programme. If you give that confirmation, the 14-day right does not apply once your materials have been emailed to you.

If you have not accessed the files

If you have not opened paid modules and you email us within 14 days of purchase, we will refund the programme fee in full to the original payment method, usually within 14 days of the request.

Faulty content

If a PDF cannot be opened or does not match the course description, we will replace it or refund you. Statutory rights for digital content that is not of satisfactory quality still apply.

25% completion goodwill

If you have opened paid modules but completed less than 25% of the programme, we may still offer a goodwill refund at our discretion when you write within 14 days of purchase. Once you pass that mark, digital content is treated as substantially used.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 14 days of the request.

Contact us before a chargeback

Write to support@alpha-academy.uk with your purchase email and payment receipt before disputing the charge with your bank. We respond within two working days and can usually restore access or refund without a chargeback.
